Tuscany HOA Board Meeting
 February 3, 2025

Board Member Attendees: Jeanne Yazinski (President), Andy Horne (Vice President). Dexter Blois-By Phone (Treasurer), Mike Pastor (Secretary), Heather Peery (Community Oversight Chair), Tera Pauley

Board Members Absent: None

We still have a vacant Board Member position from Matt Gillis’ resignation.

Resident Attendees: None

Jeanne called the meeting to order at 7:04 PM. This meeting was audio recorded by Mike to aid minutes preparation.

Secretary’s Report

        Mike sent the Minutes of the January 13^th Board Meeting via e-mail to the Board Members Sunday morning, 02/02/25.  Dexter moved that we accept the Minutes and Andy seconded the motion.  It was unanimously approved.

Treasurer’s Report

        We reviewed the Treasurer's report for January 2025

Account Balances, as of 01/31/25
Checking $31,251.00 Savings   $    35.28 Fidelity    $30,403.00 (Money Market)

• 78 Homeowners have paid dues.  16 are unpaid.
• Mike made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Reports and Jeanne seconded it.  The Board unanimously approved it.

Community Oversight Committee’s Report

ARB Requests: None

CC&R Violations: 

1609 High Hampton – Basketball Hoop
1500 Cashiers – Acorns dangerously accumulated on sidewalks
1629 Charlamange – Sidewalk & driveway

Old Business

          New H.O.A Board Certification Regulations:

• Dexter, Jeanne, Heather and Mike have taken certification courses.  Mike will maintain a file of Board Member Certification.  Andy & Tera still need certification.

• 2025 Annual Meeting – Monday, March 10, 2025 at Cornerstone Community Church a half mile away @1333 E Crown Point Rd..  We have the open position that needs to be filled.
• County Grant:  Grant Application was tabled until Spring.

New Business (None)

Adjournment–Andy moved to adjourn; Dexter seconded it. We adjourned at 7:27 pm.

The next H.O.A. Meeting is the ALL NEIGHBORS ANNUAL MEETING will be held on Monday, 03/10/25 at 7:00 PM, at Cornerstone Community Church a half mile away @1333 E Crown Point.

The New Board Meeting will be March 17, ’25 to elect officers for the new Board at 7:00 PM, at 1678 Victoria Way (Jeanne Yazinski’s House).

The next H.O.A. Board Meeting will be held on Monday, 04/07/25 at 7:00 PM, at 1678 Victoria Way (Jeanne Yazinski’s House)
