Board Meeting Minutes from 6 May 2024

Tuscany HOA Board Meeting
 May 6, 2024

Board Member Attendees: Jeanne Yazinski (President), Andy Horne (Vice President), Dexter Blois-By Phone (Treasurer), Mike Pastor (Secretary), Heather Peery (Community Oversight Chair), Tera Pauley, Matt Gillis.

Board Members Absent: None

Resident Attendees: None

Jeanne called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. This meeting was audio recorded by Mike to aid minutes preparation.

Secretary’s Report

        Dexter suggested we update the April Minutes to clarify that collection efforts do not begin until the balance owed exceeds $1000.  Dexter then moved we approved those Minutes as updated and Heather seconded the motion and they were unanimously approved.

Treasurer’s Report

        Account Balances, as of April 30, 2024 were:

Checking $5,346.08
Savings: $8,535.05
Fidelity: $31,697.96 (Money Market)

Two homeowners have not yet paid the 2024 dues. Other past due accounts/balances were paid and are now current.

Mike made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report and Jeanne seconded it.  The Board unanimously approved it.

We will continue to monitor unpaid dues.

Community Oversight Committee’s Report

1520 Cashiers (Weeds in Flower Beds and Leaves on the Roof)

ARB Requests:
1571 Victoria Way: Pavers for front walkway (not the driveway).

Yard of the Month: 1537 Hawkesbury (Aberwald)

Irrigation system is completely working.

The pond fill zone from the pump/irrigation system is off or not working for dry spells (no rain).  All Board Members were surprised to learn that this exists.

Adjournment – Jeanne moved we adjourn, Andy seconded it. All Board Members agreed. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 PM.

The next H.O.A. Board Meeting will be held on Monday, 06/03/24 at 7:00 PM, at 1678 Victoria Way (Jeanne Yazinski’s House)
