Attachment     Fines Committee Meeting 3/10/22

Meeting called to order 6:30 pm

In attendance:  Jeanne Yazinski, Donna Horsley, Daniel Caraglio

Board member (for clarification purposes only) Heather Peery

Resident: Jonathan Sermersheim in attendance.

Home in Violation-  Sermersheim,  1551 Victoria Way

The committee reviewed violations of driveway and overgrowth on pool screen and house.  Both have been remedied.  There is still a problem of a missing screen on the pool enclosure.  However, there was no violation notice for this because it just occurred.  Jonathan said that it should be replaced this weekend but because of weather it was delayed.

No fine at this time.

Respectfully submitted by Jeanne Yazinski
