Board Meeting Minutes from June 8, 2020

 

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm by Stephen Jones, President

 

Board Member Attendees: Stephen Jones, Jeanne Yazinski, Monica Lepp, Mike Pastor, Randy Mears, Larry Ort

Absent Board Member: Andy Horne

Resident Attendee: Dexter & Susan Blois, Sandra Wilt (former President), Tera Kapp, Lori Maldony (resident & notary)

All attendees maintained social distancing and wore protective face masks due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

2. Tonight's meeting was dedicated to the Preservation of Covenants and was notified to all residents by mail on 5/20/2020 and all were invited to attend.

3. Stephen made a motion to adopt a resolution to preserve the declaration of

Covenants, conditions and restrictions for Tuscany stated as "I move to adopt the Resolution before the Board of Directors to preserve the Tuscany Documents, as those terms are defined in the Resolution, all of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, affecting the property described in the Resolution and the Notice of Preservation of Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions For Tuscany ("Notice of Preservation") and to record the Notice of Preservation in accordance with Section 712.05 and Section 712.06, Florida Statutes."

4. Jeanne seconded the motion

5. The Board of Directors, on behalf of the Association, approved the preservation of the Tuscany Documents unanimously by the six of the seven board members in attendance. The President and Secretary executed and will record the Notice of Preservation in accordance with

Section 712.05 and Section 712.06, Florida Statutes, to preserve the Tuscany Documents, via the H.O.A.'s attorney.

6. Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM
