Election of Board Members: (edited)

President: Stephen Jones (Originally Randy Mears was elected, but it was changed a few days later)

Vice President: Andy Horne (told board prior to meeting that he would stay on as VP)

Secretary: Mike Pastor (Originally Stephen Jones was elected, but it was changed a few days later)

Treasurer: Monica Lepp

Larry moved to accept the board members as elected. Stephen 2nd the motion, and it was carried unanimously. (The board accepted the changes to the board a few days later unanimously)

Unfinished Business:

  1. 1200 Thornbury - home was sold to an investor. They will be contacted and notified that the HOA does not allow rentals. A letter from Sandra will be mailed.
  2. Bowersox residence has unpaid notices. The residence was sent a certified letter and if there is no reply 45 days after the letter is sent (March 23), a lien will be processed.
  3. A date needs to be set to renew the HOA charter. A date will be set for May at the next board meeting.
  4. New Directory - Sandra and Don will be working on it early this year.
  5. Facebook page administrators need to be changed. Currently: Jeanne Yazinski, Sandra Wilt, Lori Ann Maldoney --- Need to have Stephen Jones and Monica Lepp added.

ARB Report: Larry Ort

  1. Tuscany Wall: The wall was pressure washed and the holes were filled. The wall should be good now for 3-4 years.
  2. Tuscany Entrance Signs: The project has been started. The setting will be framed and finished and lights installed. The HOA owes 5% towards the project.
  3. Irrigation: We have a new company - Irrigation Water Systems - for the pond treatment and regular maintenance. There are several issues that are recommended to be fixed but not critical at this time. (ie: sprinkler heads need replacing, leaky valves, 2 broken sections) Highly recommended that the leaks be fixed. Mike Pastor moved to do all the repairs (the money is in the budget for irrigation). Jeanne seconded and it was carried unanimously.
  4. Fire Hydrant at Entrance: Larry Ort will call the water company to paint the curb for no parking.

Next Board Meeting: April 6 at 7pm (Location: TBD)

Meeting was adjourned at 7:38pm

Respectfully submitted,

Monica Lepp, Secretary
