Call to Order was made by Sandra Wilt at 6:35 p.m. The meeting was attended by board members Sandra Wilt, Jeanne Yazinski, Andrew Horne, Larry Ort, and Monica Lepp

There were 3 community members in attendance: Dexter & Sue Blois and Heather Peery.

Treasurer's Report Jeanne Yazinski gave a treasurer's report which shows:

Current checking balance: $11,847.74

Current savings balance: $41,500.87

Dues owed by 2 residents: $1,753.59
(Both residents are billed and the balances accrue interest every month)

Sandra Wilt moved into motion that the Treasurer's Report be accepted. Larry Ort seconded and it was carried unanimously.

Community Oversight Committee Report: Larry Ort shared the Community Oversight Committee Report.

  • October:

Larry reported that there were no new CC&R violations for October. There was one non-violation issued for power washing the driveway and sidewalk which was completed. Five of six previously issued non-violations were corrected by the homeowners.

The Lawn of the Month was awarded to Jimmy and Peggy Fallon at 1633 Charlemagne.

  • There were 2 ARB requests in November:
    • 1611 High Hampton Court  Replace existing shingles
    • 1618 Malcolm Point  install concrete pad and 11x40 screened enclosure
  • November:

There were no new CC&R violations for November. Larry and Sandra had a discussion with one resident about cleaning walkways, drive, roof and keeping landscape trimmed. The resident was very cooperative, agreed to rectify and agreed to contact Larry Ort if assistance is needed in maintaining.

Old Business  The community beautification grant project is ongoing. Apparently, the permit was held up but it has been filed with the city and should be obtained within 10-14 days. The sign maker will not order the materials until they have the permit. Dexter will follow up in a week to get an update. Additionally, Dexter requested that we schedule a meeting with the City of Winter Garden before next year's hurricane season to discuss procedure for ensuring the lift station is operational and also to discuss securing the access road to the station.

New Business:

Luminaries - The Tuscany Community Luminaries Night date has been set for Saturday, December 21st. Candles and bags are in hand and we will seek a Santa to visit with and hand out candy to neighborhood children.

  • December Yard of the Month  It was discussed that there will be two Yard of the Month awards for December. One for a yard and one for Christmas Decorations. The community will be asked to vote again on their favorite Christmas Decorations.
  • It was mentioned that we should begin recruiting two new board members by the annual meeting on March 2 to replace resigning members Sandra Wilt and Jeanne Yazinski. All members are welcome to volunteer.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm

Next meeting date: Monday, January 6, 2020 at 6:30pm at 1630 Victoria Way.

Respectfully submitted,

Sandra Wilt, President
