Tuscany HOA Special Board Meeting

Monday March 12, 2018

Officer Election Meeting

March 12, 2018 - 6:30 p.m.

Attendees: Sandra Wilt, Jeanne Yazinski, Kristin Gordon, Andrew Horne, Larry Ort

Absent: Lori Jones, Mike Pastor

The 5 attendees comprised a quorum for the purpose of appointing/electing officers for the 2018-2019 board term.

As required in the Tuscany by-laws and by the regulations governing HOAs in the State of Florida, 3 officers were appointed:

Sandra Wilt, President

Jeanne Yazinski, Treasurer

Kristin Gordon, Secretary

Larry Ort volunteered to chair the Tuscany Community Oversight Committee.

No other board business was discussed and there was no financial information to report.

The next regular meeting of the board will be Monday, April 2, 6:30 p.m. at 1630 Victoria Way.

The meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.

The mission of the Tuscany Homeowners Association is: To institute and enforce rules, regulations and legal restrictions designed to ensure that the Tuscany neighborhood is a safe, attractive and desirable community where property values and resident satisfaction are maximized.
