Tuscany HOA Board Meeting

Board Members Attendees: Sandra Wilt, Donna Horsley, Lori Jones, Jeanne Yazinski, Kristen Gordon, Kristi Kozlik and Mike Pastor

Homeowner Attendees: Jack Curell

Meeting called to order at 6:32pm by Sandra Wilt.

Treasurer's report by Jeanne Yazinski:

Checking Balance: $4548.79

Savings Balance: $36460.97

Motion to accept the treasurer report by Donna Horsley and second by Mike Pastor.

Landscape report by Donna Horsley:

Meeting to be set up with Elite Property for contract information and insurance certificate.

Donna will order the poinsettias

Yard of the month:

Community Oversight Committee report by Jack Curall:

Berkett fence approved

Some homeowners had garbage can violations

New Business:

FEMA-In error had trimmed several trees. Sandra has been contacting the City, the County and FEMA to have someone pick up the tree trimmings.

We received $5595 from insurance company to repair the wall from Hurricane Irma. This will be able to pay for the wall to be repaired, LED lights for Pond and Entrance.

Luminaries this year will be 12/16/2017 and gathering in Charlemagne Court
