Tuscany HOA Board Meeting

Monday August 14, 2017

Board Members Attendees: Sandra Wilt, Donna Horsley, Lori Jones, Jeanne Yazinski, Kristen Gordon and Mike Pastor

Homeowner Attendees: Kent Horsley

Meeting called to order at 6:31pm by Sandra Wilt.

Minutes of last meeting were not completed.

Treasurer's report by Jeanne Yazinski:

Checking Balance: $36,456.35

Savings Balance: $13,466.50

Jeanne will provide Budget report at next meeting.

Motion to accept the treasurer's report made by Donna Horsley and second by Kristen Gordon.

Landscape report by Donna Horsley:

Meeting to be set up with Elite Property for contract information and insurance certificate.

Pond Maintenance: Contract signed with not auto renewal. Payments will be made with invoice only.

None this month

Community Oversight Committee report by Jack Curall:

Jack not present

Old Business:

Flansburg home to close on 8/31/2017

New Business:

Sandra will contact Bright Future as to why the landscape lights are not working.
