Tuscany HOA Board Meeting

Monday May 1^st, 2017

Board Members Attendees: Sandra Wilt, Donna Horsley, Lori Jones, Jeanne Yazinski, Kristin Gordon, and Mike Pastor

Homeowner Attendees: Kent Horsley, Jack Curall, Diane Johnson

Meeting called to order at 6:32pm by Sandra Wilt.

Minutes of last meeting were accepted motion by Kristin Gordon and second by Donna Horsley. It was also unanimously voted by the Board.

Treasurer's report by Jeanne Yazinski:

Jeanne would check on the cost of the reorder of checks charge. Seemed slightly high.

Motion to accept the treasurer report by Donna Horsley and second by Sandra Wilt.

Landscape report by Donna Horsley:

Donna informed the Board that Elite Property Maintenance is doing a good job. However, it has been suggested for a proper contract be drawn up to document the exact duties of Elite Property Maintenance. Kent Horsley has volunteered to do so.

There are a few sprinklers that are broken. Need to possibly change the sprinklers to be on two separate zones. We will need to obtain a sprinkler repair company to secure a contract for maintenance.

Community Oversight Committee report by Jack Curall:

It has been noted that the majority of the residence have taken care of their violations. Jack will be doing a walk around next week to verify that all citations have been corrected.

There was a great turn out for our Annual Block Party organized by Diane Johnson. Good job as always, Diane!

A motion by Sandra Wilt to adjourn the meeting and seconded by Lori Jones.

The mission of the Tuscany Homeowners Association is: To institute and enforce rules, regulations and legal restrictions designed to ensure that the Tuscany neighborhood is a safe, attractive and desirable community where property values and resident satisfaction are maximized.
