Meeting scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM and was called to order at 6:34 PM.

Board Member Attendees: Sandra, Rick, Jeanne, Lori, Mike

Minutes of last meetings (November not ready yet) - Mike

Treasurer's Report - Jeanne

Jeanne provided the Proposed Operating Budget which allows for $27,500 in Income/Revenue and $27,500 in Operating Expenses.

Discussion included adjustments changes to include Lawn of the month is going to be $10/per month, Social Committee will be $125 to include renting the pavilion, mulch and tree trimming goes to $3,000 , legal expenses can go down to $1,500. Newsletter and printing a revised directory will bring printing expenses to $425, lawn maintenance goes to $10,000 and lower fertilizing to $2,000 based on the new providers and quotes.

We are glad we don't foresee any need to use any of our reserves and will maintain a zero based balanced budget we are proud of. A "no frills" budget all homeowners can be happy with.

The Approval of the Treasurer's Report was moved by Rick and 2^nd by Mike and was approved by a unanimous vote.
