Tuscany HOA Board Meeting

October 19, 2015

Attendees: Board members Wilt, Jones, Uhlman, Walker, Horsley

Absent: Board Member Pastor.

No residents attended.

The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. Minutes for the September meeting as supplied by email from Mike Pastor were approved. A treasurer`s report from Lori Jones revealed no exceptional expenditures and the report was approved as presented.

Old Business:

1. Donna Horsley reported that an electrician had been retained to fix the entrance lights and both the light on the pillar and the light that shines on the Tuscany wall sign are fixed. She was also authorized to have the lights surrounding the pond looked at and fixed.

2. The subject of homeowner compliance with CC&R violation notices was discussed. Sandra requested copies of the notices so a re-check can be completed and second notices sent where applicable. Results will be discussed at the November board meeting.

New Business:

1. Robert Walker gave a report regarding his discussion with the residents wishing to construct a sunroom at the rear of the house. He explained to them that their ARB request had been denied because, despite the fact that there are other such structures in the neighborhood, they are not in compliance and were installed without board approval. Robert requested that there be a revision to include sunrooms put into the new CC&R`s and he indicated he would report same to the homeowners. Sandra indicated that she would begin working with Dexter Blois on the amendments upon his return from Massachusetts.

2. Sandra reported that she had delivered the letter (approved by all board members) of response to complaints issued by Jack Curall.

3. Sandra reported that the Social Committee had everything in hand for the November 1st community picnic. It was discussed and decided that the Board should take back welcoming new neighbors to ensure that they receive the proper documents and are introduced to board members.

Sandra will be out of town on the next regular meeting Monday so the next board meeting will be Monday, November 30, 6:30 p.m. at Sandra's, 1630 Victoria Way.

No other matters were presented for discussion so the meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
