Board Meeting Minutes from March 1, 2015

February Board Meeting 03-01-2015

(postponed from 2/23 and 2/24/15)

Meeting was called to order 5:00 p.m. at the home of Sandra Wilt (1630 Victoria Way)

In Attendance Were: Sandra Wilt, Lori Jones, Mike Pastor, Donna Horsley, Robert Walker, Dexter Blois

Minutes of 1-19-2015 meeting were approved.

Treasurer's report presented and approved

  • Checking account balance $19,580.02
  • Savings account balance $43,410.47
  • Four homeowners have not yet paid 2015 dues. They will be contacted

Old Business:

  1. CC&R (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) Update status report: No updates
  2. Yard of the Month nominee discussed
  3. Landscape chair report: Donna--Pond weed spraying-delayed due to high winds. Common area lighting/electrical needs will be evaluated in March.
  4. Deed Restrictions prohibit rental houses: Communication between HOA Board and violating homeowner was given to Paul T Hinckley for review and recommendation (Notice received from Becker & Poliakoff stating Paul T Hinckley has left their firm to start his own firm, The Law Office of Paul T Hinckley as of 03/02/2015.

New Business:

  1. Planning for annual meeting underway. Annual Meeting will be March 2 and 7:00 PM at Cornerstone Community Church located 1333 E Crown Point Road, Ocoee, FL (just a mere 4/10 of a mile from the entrance to Tuscany)
  2. In 2014, 4 homes sold. Currently 4 homes are listed For Sale.

Next Board Meeting:  Monday, March 23rd at 6:30 PM at Sandra Wilt's home (1630 Victoria Way)  All homeowners are welcome to attend.
