Board Meeting 12.01.2014

Meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m.
In Attendance Were: Sandra Wilt, Lori Jones, Mike Pastor, Donna Horsley, Robert Walker

Treasurer's report presented and approved
- Year to date our income is over budget (favorable) by $368.55
- Year to date our expenses are under budget (favorable) by $2.060.97
- Board discussed dues for next year. Need to start saving money to build legal fund for state mandated CC&R update in a couple years.
- Other items discussed to factor into 2015 budget includes raising Yard of the Month Award from $10 gift card to $20
Old Business:
- CC&R status report: Violation letters were sent out and will be followed up.
- Yard of the Month nominees and selection process discussed.
- Landscape chair report--Donna: No issues
- Potential for insurance claim on common area wall. Still need to investigate
- HOA liability if a trespasser is injured or dies on common area property: need to investigate.
- Picnic was a major success.
- Tuscany Times newsletters finished and given to each board member to distribute.
- Deed Restrictions prohibit rental houses. Violators will receive a letter from our attorney.
New Business:
- Annual Dues will be due by 1/31/2015
- Luminaries & Holiday Block Party will Saturday, December 20th
- Candles/Bags/Sand will be assembled at 2:00 pm at 1620 Victoria Way
- Next Annual H.O.A. Meeting will be held Monday, March 2nd 2015 (Mike to secure meeting room at Cornerstone Church)
Next Board Meeting Monday, January 19th at 6:30 PM at Sandra Wilt's home (1630 Victoria Way) All homeowners are welcome to attend
