Minutes of May HOA Board Meeting - Approved

Treasurer's Report - Approved

Old Business:

1. Announcement Board/Front Entrance Information Sign -- Purchased and installed (2 keys: Sandra & Mike (gave his key to Lori to prepare board background)
2. Special Events/Social Committee Formation -- First meeting was held May 29, 2014 at 7:00 pm. Diane Johnson elected to chair this committee
3. Landscape Committee Report -- Lighting & Timers, Landscape Clean up, Sprinkler repair work in progress
4. Fine Schedule/CC&R Revisions -- Committee will review and make revision recommendations and will meet with attorney
5. CC&R Violations -- Inspections in progress, violations being determined (mostly side walk pressure washing and visible trash bins)
6. New attorney -- HOA attorney has been identified and selection effort moving forward.
7. Newsletter -- Completed, ready to print by Tuesday, June 24^th
8. Tuscany Directory -- Printed and ready for distribution

New Business:

1. None

Next Board Meeting -- Monday, July 21, 2014 at 7:00 PM at

Sandra Wilt's home (1630 Victoria Way).  All homeowners are welcome to attend
