Tuscany Homeowners Meeting Minutes

March 19, 2014

Call to Order at 19:30

Members present: Byron Dey, Lori Jones, Robert Walker, William Alcabes, Dale Belt

Old Business 

ARB reqest waiting for approval letter, Robert intends on giving to new board.

New Business

Agenda for annual HOA Meeting at cornerstone Church

             Elect/ Nominate Board of Directors

Sunbiz  Officers need to register and pay fee for Board members. HOA boards now have to register stating they have read and understand CCRs.

Committees  It is recommended by the current board they have committees by residents not on the board to help out with challenges faced by board members.

                      Lanscape committee- helps commons area chair

                      Sunshine Committee- Welcomes new residents

                      Yard of the month  Selects the resident with a well      maintained yard

Legal Committee- helps with selecting a new lawyer and making sure the community is fairly represented.

Next Meeting April 7^th, at Cornerstone Community Church 7 PM
