   2. After 60 days demand letter and double late fee $50

   1. Prohibition on rentals – bylaws state “No rentals period” (changed from no Transient rentals)
   2. Start fines/Lien on 1616 Victoria (have already tried communicating, with no cooperation)(accrued and Legal expenses)
   3. Is 1608 Victoria a rental; begin communication process with owner.
   4. Lease to own? 1600 Malcolm Point. Owner working with HOA Board
      1. Have owner bring to HOA meeting
