Meeting Minutes and Information

Board Members Present: Robert Walker, Peyton Woodard, Rodney Levy, Lori Jones

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.

Discussion/Action Items

The first order of business was to review the last month's meeting minutes. Upon motion by Mr. Walker and second by Ms. Jones, the minutes were unanimously passed.

Mr. Levy stated that the tree trimming of the common area trees along Fuller Cross Road next to the brick wall at the front of the community would occur the week of February 25th. This item was previously approved by the Board.

Due to the impending HOA annual meeting in March, the board discussed the various agenda items. Items to be discussed are the current state of the budget, property rentals in violation of the CC&Rs, and the need for a fine schedule and neighborhood status updates.

Mr. Walker had one ARB to discuss regarding tree trimming for the property at 1618 Victoria Way. This request was unanimously approved.
