Meeting Minutes and Information

Location: Meeting held at 1678 Malcolm Pointe Dr.

Board Members Present: Robert Walker, Peyton Woodard, Rodney Levy, Lori Jones, Dexter Blois

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.

Discussion/Action Items

The first order of business was to review the last few months of meeting minutes. Upon motion by Mr. Walker and second by Ms. Jones, the minutes were unanimously passed.

Next was the review of the need to trim the common area trees along Fuller Cross Road next to the brick wall at the front of the community. Since it has been about 5 years since the last trimming, the Board determined the trees needed to be addressed. Upon motion by Ms. Jones and second by Mr. Walker, the trimming request was unanimously approved.

Mr. Levy discussed common area items, including the new bulbs in the common area and any outstanding bills. Also, the Board discussed the need to pressure wash the common area sidewalks and Mr. Levy will reach out and receive bids for this item.

Ms. Jones discussed the budget and the new checking account at Chase Bank. The new account will have a second signatory but that will be addressed when a new board is voted in after the March 2013 meeting. The homeowner's insurance policy will not be renewed since the current insurance provider has reduced exposure to the State of Florida.

Lastly, the Board has created a new website for any Tuscany HOA related issues, tuscanyhoa@gmail.com, due to issues with the prior e-mail provider.
